About the Founder
Minukuri Ganesh Reddy is the Founder of Agrilivex Global, an international agricultural training and internship organisation dedicated to connecting students with global opportunities in agriculture and livestock industries across the USA and Australia.
He successfully completed international research training in Agriculture and Livestock Management in the United States of America and possesses strong practical exposure in modern farming systems, livestock production and international agricultural work culture.
Coming back to India, Ganesh saw a clear gap — bright agricultural graduates were losing years to unclear consultants, fake host farms and paperwork that never quite added up. He decided to build the organisation he wished he had access to at twenty-two: Agrilivex Global, a student-first agri-careers company where every placement is treated as a personal responsibility, every fee is documented, and every host farm is physically verified.
Today, under his leadership, Agrilivex Global runs USA J-1 agricultural exchange programmes and Australian Approved-Employer internships, alongside a growing Study Abroad desk (USA, UK, Germany, Ireland, Poland, Australia) and an Ireland agri-tourism programme. The mission is unchanged from day one — put Indian agricultural talent on the global map, one student at a time.
The Journey
Born into an agricultural family in Telangana, Ganesh Reddy grew up understanding the realities of Indian farming first-hand. After completing his Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, he set out to discover how the world's most advanced farming nations operate — a curiosity that would take him across the globe to the United States.
Internship & Training Experience in the USA
He completed international research training in Agriculture and Livestock Management in the United States, working hands-on with modern dairy, livestock and crop operations. He experienced world-class machinery, structured farm systems, professional work culture and the earning potential of paid international placements — the exact experience he now opens up for Indian students.
Why He Started Agrilivex Global
He saw talented Indian agriculture students with no clear, trustworthy pathway to global opportunities — and too many falling prey to unclear fees and broken promises. Agrilivex Global was founded to change that: a transparent, student-first organisation that handles everything end-to-end and treats every placement as a personal responsibility.
